
1️⃣🌿Learn how to breathe easily.🌿 For some of us, we do not breathe in a way that suits a positive energetic response from our bodies and minds. Rather, we hold our breath and tense our muscles cuaing a stagnation to our energy flow. It is important to breathe in deeply and slowly. Let go, untense and focus on the flow of our breath.
2️⃣🌿Decluttering Your Space Declutters Your Mind 🌿 Schedule some time to organize the space you are in frequently. Donate excessive items to those in need. Clean your space and leave room to allow your eyes to wonder without needing to process all of the extra information surrounding you.
3️⃣🌿Schedule Nothing🌿 Schedule time each day to do nothing. It could be for 10 mins only each day. No need to even meditate. Simply go into a quiet space alone, close your eyes. Sit still and do nothing. Overtime, this process will help you to begin meditating. Being still and doing nothing allows us to relax and destress; something many of us are not taking the time to do. If its scheduled, you will find it easier to accomplish each day.
