In some circumstances we can accept other forms of digital payments once we have received your order and communicated instructions with you. We ask that you select the mail in check option and send us an email with the subject line additional payment methods to proceed.
Pay with Debit and Credit Cards - Waave
We can accept both credit cards and debits card with the Waave processor. Easy to use, simply enter your card details at checkout, agree to our terms and conditions and proceed from there. *Puerto Rico orders may need to select a different payment option. Please contact us if you receive an error message when trying to use Waave card payment for Puerto Rico shipments*
DIGITAL ONLINE TRANSFER - CA$H-APP
We offer a direct digital transfer option through the android/iphone with the popular app – ca$h-app. During checkout, select this option and copy the provided cashtag to send directly. Pay with Card or Echeck Via Invoice Link
For anyone placing an order online, you have the option to arrange a time to pick up your order and to pay with cash or card via link at the time of your pick-up. Place your order, and select local pickup. We will be in touch by email or text message to coordinate your pickup time within 24 hours on the first available business day.
Money Order/Mail In Check
This is a secure and easy payment method. Please select the option to pay by mail at checkout. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your check in the mail. In some cases, we can skip ahead if you are a repeat customer in good standing with us.
Pay at Local Pick-Up
For anyone placing an order online, you have the option to arrange a time to pick up your order and to pay with cash or card via link at the time of your pick-up. Place your order, and select local pickup. We will be in touch by email or text message to coordinate your pickup time within 24 hours on the first available business day.

E-Check
E-checks are one of the safest forms of online payment. We will have to hold your order until the payment clears our bank and shows that it has truly been deposited which may end up taking a few days to possibly a weeks time, but the order will be shipped out the same day of or the next business day your payment clears. When you purchase via e-check with us again, we will ship it out the same or next business day (depending on when your order is received). We use a secure processor to process e-check payments. We will never see any of your confidential information when processing these e-checks. We will only be able to see your name, address, phone number, and email address.
To Pay with E-Check is easy.
To Pay with E-Check is easy. Choose the E-check option at the bottom of the check out page. You’ll be prompted to enter your information in two text number boxes and then you’ll submit the payment. From there you should receive an automated email from us with your order details. As soon as your check clears (typically it clears in just a few days), we will begin processing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $13 FEE FOR RETURNED CHECKS. WE WILL SEND THE TOTAL BALANCE INCLUDING THE FEE TO A COLLECTION AGENCY IF YOU DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US. WE ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU, SO PLEASE CONTACT US IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PAYMENT.

You’ll note, we do not currently have a standard credit card processor as an option. We apologize for this. Unfortunately, kratom is considered as a high risk product as it is illegal in some states and cities. We have had a credit card processor in the past and over night they terminated services without explanation and it was quite a trying situation for us. We are looking into finding a long term processor. We have since tried two others which have not panned out. You’ll see some other kratom companies have credit card processing, but that does mean they will be able to have it long term. We are still seeking a safe, effective credit card processing option.
