Do You Offer A Guarantee?
Yes. We’re committed to our customers complete satisfaction. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you can return the unused, unopened portion for a different product or get a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling (including a trackable form of delivery).
Can I use my coupon code with a sale item?
In most cases, coupon codes cannot be combined with sale items. Please always contact us regarding any coupon or sale items as sometimes we can manually adjust and provide a discount for you.
How does your one free kratom sample deal work?
We offer 1 free kratom powder sample per customer, however, this does not include the cost to ship it to you. We offer a convenient 2.50 shipping cost which includes shipment tracking via USPS.
