AgeChecker.Net provides age verification services to e-commerce stores selling age restricted products. 

Why is age verification required?
Age verification is required to reasonably prove that you are over a certain age when buying age restricted products online. On our website, we require that you are at least 18 years of age to purchase anything. The states that actually require age verification for kratom purchases are listed below.

Illinois: You must be 18 years of age to purchase.
New Hampshire: You must be 18 years of age to purchase.
New York: You must be 18 years of age to purchase.
Tennessee: You must be 21 years of age to purchase.

What information is collected?
During the age verification process, AgeChecker.Net collects your name, address, and date of birth. Most of this information has already been collected during checkout, so it’s really easy to enter your date of birth at the end of checkout.

AgeChecker.Net uses this information to verify your age through their extensive database.

Some customers (around 5%) may be asked for a picture of their photo ID if they are not found in their database. They can usually verify your ID in 10 to 20 seconds, any time of day. Once the picture is verified, your order will be completed and the picture will be deleted.

How is my personal information protected?
AgeChecker.Net takes privacy and security very seriously. Your information is only used to verify your age, and is only stored to automatically verify you in the future. Again, photo IDs are not stored. Once you are verified on one site, you will be verified across the entire AgeChecker.Net network.

Access to AgeChecker.Net services are protected with strong 256-bit AES encryption. All personal information is stored on their private internal network and is not shared with anyone.
